Is this a subscription?
No. The license is a one-time payment. There is nothing to renew.
Does it work out of the box?
It needs a master template and a calibration run on your product — see the note below. Once set up, it runs unattended.
What do I need to set it up?
A master template for each label layout with the regions marked, and about 30–50 good samples of the same layout to set the thresholds. If defects are scarce, sensitivity can be set by masking a good label by hand.
Can it run on my existing camera?
Yes. A fixed-position industrial camera gives the most consistent result; ordinary images work for offline spot checks. The engine runs on a standard PC with no GPU.
Can I integrate it with my MES/ERP?
Yes — that is a custom build. The engine also pushes per-image scores to a line controller over TCP.
Is an English interface available?
Not yet — the interface is currently in Chinese, with the English version in progress. An additional language version is available as a custom build.
